[SuSE] 用vmware硬盘安装完opensuse 11.0上不去

用vmware硬盘安装完opensuse 11.0后，在虚拟机上可以进入LINUX系统

但是从硬盘进不了LINUX系统，出现代码如下图，，
请教一下我该怎么做，，
我是网上下载ISO来安装的，
安装在物理硬盘上的，
就是安装完电脑重启，引导时选择OPENSUSE时，出现这情况的

I think I got the same problem when am trying to run the opensuse from the disk(I installed it from somewhr else and then move the disk back into my box)
and I've writen email to the mailing-list, waiting for reply.
please msg me for more detail.
